Resources

GUMA understands that it can be difficult to get your business started. We've put together some helpful information for you to start your journey!

Business License Information

The GUMA Team wants to make sure that entrepreneurs have as much information on starting/running their business as possible, and one of the most important steps is getting your business licensed. We have put together information on getting your business license so that you can avoid the run-around as best as you can.

Small Business Development Center

GUMA works with SBDC to help small businesses get started. They offer free confidential, one-on-one consultations for all aspects of business planning, and are also available for presentations for village organizations, schools, and community groups. Check their website for their upcoming free training programs and what they'll be covering.

Guam Economic Development Authority

GEDA's mission is to develop a sound and sustainable economy through innovative programs that preserve and promote local culture, economic opportunities, and quality of life. They support Guam's business endeavors through government offerings that include financial assistance, tax incentive opportunities, public finance services, and real property development and management.

Guam Visitors Bureau

GVB has many helpful resources, such as annual financial reports, citizen-centric reports, and more! They often coordinate projects that require participation from local producers, entrepreneurs, and businesses. GVB also has grant opportunities for small, local businesses.
